Hi, My name is Adam, Today (1.12am, 30 Jan 2015), I still working at my current company Venture Sdn Bhd, an electronic company as Process Engineer. We are a third party manufacturing company where's we do a product for our customer. From zero, we buy the part, fabricate, do the top level assembly and when the product is finished, we stamp our customer logo on the product. People from all the world see this thing and say this product is very good! The company brand is very good!
See? Our customer get th name, we get the tired.
Here where it begin, I posting in this blog to share my experience of becoming a Quality Control Engineer, if my current company do Top Level Assembly, at this company we are subcon for a Hard Drive company.
The main objective that my General Manager hire me as QA was to create a systematic standart for the operation at this company. I must do a proper report, a traceable output progress, aa racking data for any improvement that this company do. In engineering ter, he want me to start using ISO9001: Quality Management System in daily operation.
I will try to keep update on what I do in day one at this company, how I observe on what to do, what kind of question I ask to everyone to start understanding the situation and also what the record that I crate to simplify my job.
By the way, I will sign contract with this company on next saturday/31/1/2015.
